"Best way to use this app is to lock apps in particular time for the time that you might want to sleep for example. Use it in conjunction with Night Light, scheduled DND and Sleep for Android app with Captcha (QR code in washroom). Also, when you do wake up early, it should start with chained habit and it should include Me Time."

"Ok so I thought this was foolproof to lock out the phone or digital detox and force offline time however the workaround is the "buy 500 points for emergency unlock" which I do not see an option to disable.. which after you buy it then you can easily access settings and delete the app"
